Terms and Conditions for the ICRI Radiology Residents Teaching Program

Welcome to the ICRI Radiology Residents Teaching Program! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the program offered through our web-based online platform (“Platform”). By purchasing or participating you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

1. Program Overview
  • The ICRI Radiology Residents Teaching Program is an online educational initiative designed for radiology students and consultants. The program includes daily webinars, study materials, and other educational content delivered through the Platform.
2. Eligibility
  • The program is open to radiology residents, students, and professionals.
  • Participants must register on the Platform and provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Access to program materials is limited to the registered user and cannot be shared, transferred, or sublicensed to any other individual or entity.
  • Any international delegate who purchases the ICRI Teaching Program must be a radiologist or a bonafide student of radiology.
  • ICRI reserves the right to request radiologist credentials at any time. Failure to submit the credentials will result in the cancellation of the subscription without any refund
3. Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy
  • No Refunds or Cancellations: Once registration is completed, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
  • Once the user has registered and paid the Fee through the online Payment Gateway, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances.
  • No claims for refund or chargeback shall be made by any user to the Payment Service Provider(s). Any such claims will not be entertained.
  • Refund for fraudulent or duplicate transactions: In cases of fraudulent or duplicate transactions caused by misuse of card or bank details by an unauthorized party, the user must contact ICRI directly. Such issues will be addressed solely by ICRI in line with its policies.
  • Upgrade Policy: If you wish to change your package or program plan, you may upgrade to a different package offered within the Platform by paying the price difference. Downgrades or partial refunds for unused services are not permitted.
  • Requests for package upgrades must be made through the Platform.
4. Access to Content
  • Program materials, including webinars, videos, and supplementary resources, are accessible only through the Platform.
  • Access to program content is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
  • Access to program materials is limited to the registered user and cannot be shared, transferred, or sublicensed to any other individual or entity.
  • Participants must ensure their device meets the technical requirements to access the Platform and its content.
5. Code of Conduct
  • Participants are expected to behave professionally during webinars and other program activities.
  • Harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of the Platform’s community guidelines may result in suspension or termination of access without compensation or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
  • All program materials, including but not limited to webinar recordings, presentations, documents, and other resources, are the intellectual property of ICRI and its faculty.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of program content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • ICRI and its affiliates are not responsible for:
  • Technical issues or interruptions in service.
  • Personal device incompatibilities.
  • Any outcomes resulting from the application of the knowledge gained in the program.
8. Governing Law
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
9. Modification of Terms
  • ICRI reserves the right to modify these Terms and any program details at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Termination
  • ICRI may block, suspend, or terminate your use of the website at any time for any reason.
  • Reasons ICRI might do so include, but are not limited to, the following: (a) your breach of this agreement; (b) ICRI is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us; or (c) ICRI believes that your actions could cause financial loss or legal liability to ICRI or other users of this website; (d) routine network maintenance affecting all users; or (e) your use of this website or service in a manner that violates the law or ICRI policies.
